What's the difference between positive and negative waterproofing?
Positive waterproofing is applied to the water-exposed surface (rooftops, balconies, podium slabs) to stop moisture before it enters.
Negative waterproofing is applied to the internal or dry side when external access is limited, commonly in basements, lift pits, and plant rooms.
How long does a leak investigation take?
Most leak investigations are completed within 1-2 days, depending on building size and issue complexity.
Will residents need to vacate the building?
In most cases, no. Works are planned to minimise disruption and are usually completed while residents remain in place.
Do you provide documentation for warranty and compliance?
